Pelatihan Lesson Study Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru

Program PKM ini bertujuan agar guru memahami konsep lesson study, mampu
melaksanakan lesson study. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan tahap persiapan
dan tahap pelaksanaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan
lesson study serta implementasi lesson study. Pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan minat
dan rasa percaya diri para guru untuk menjadi guru yang profesional. Hal ini terlihat
dari semangat dan ketekunan para peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan hingga akhir.
